Carrier 50TC-A06 Limit Switch
The limit switch is a switch in the heating area that determines when the air is warmed to a point for the main blower to kick in and circulate the air. Limit switches exist because if the air never warms up the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.
