Mitsubishi PLA-ABA Control Board
It is impossible for your furnace or air handler to even operate whatsoever unless this board is hooked up and is correctly configured. The control board is designed to operate the gas valve, the igniter, the flame sensor and the blower all at once. Be very careful when you decide to replace your control board due to differences in particular brands and their models. The proper control board will have a part number that will match both the make and model of your Mitsubishi PLA-ABA unit.
What are the indications that my main circuit board is in need of replacing?
- Entire unit will not operate period
- Everything has to be powered down and back up a lot for the thermostat to kick in
- There is numbered code being displayed on the control board
