Lennox XP19-036 Ignition Control Board
The main ignition control board checks the main gas intake valve, the ignition timing and the flame sensing circuits. It has been a very important circuit board that some manufacturers have decided to blend to be a part of the main control board for safety reasons.
Important signs the major ignition board should need replacing
- The on-signal from the home thermostat never makes contact with the main control board
- The ignition cycle is unwilling to start even though it is supposed to
- Any other potential problem attached to the system is inspected and seems to be in good condition
