Lennox OF25-120 Flame Sensor
The flame sensor is only used on furnaces that burn gas and is one that will consistently detect the flame during the initial ignition of the furnace. As expected, if the flame sensor senses a problem the system remains completely shut down until obstacle is corrected.
Signals of an ineffective Lennox flame sensor
- Your furnace is unable to produce any heat no matter what
- The type of gas you use cannot begin igniting and shuts itself off
- The whole system starts intermittently when it feels like it
