The main panel of the wall unit has been known to break for one reason or another, it contains all the controls and the directional vents used for proper air circulation.
Red flags the front cover probably should be replaced
- The directional air vents that are situated inside the panel on the front have been thrown away
- Front panel is cracked and is duct taped onto the rest of the unit
