A normal limit switch is a type of sensor switch located in the furnace that determines when the heated air is warm enough that it can be circulated throughout the house. This is important because if the air never warms up the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air.
What red flags are there that my main limit switch is failing?
