Haier ESAX3186 Fan Capacitor
The capacitor is used to regulate the velocity of the interior blower. Certain manufacturing companies make replacing the capacitor fairly easy, while a few manufacturers make it almost impossible.
Indications the blower fan capacitor is dead
- Only sometimes turn up or down the velocity of the primary blower
