The blade attached to the fan motor for the main outdoor unit has a main function of dispersing the large quantity of heat that is released. These fan blades need to withstand a lot by being outdoors and they can get bent out of nowhere for whatever reason.
Some warnings of a weakening blade
- The entire blade looks way off balance as it is spun round and round
- Edges of the fins are chiseled or somehow damaged because of being in nature
- The fan appears corroded or worn due to the outdoor weather
