Goodman ARPF49611 Limit Switch
The limit switch contains a sensor in the air handler that makes the determination if and when the air is warmed to a point to activate the main blower. This is important because if the air is not warm enough then you will never get hot air through the ducts.

- The HVAC system will not start or will not stay running like it is supposed to
- Your system is beginning to ramp up but then stops on more than one occasion

If you decide on picking up or purchasing a new Goodman ARPF49611 replacement part, do your due diligence and make sure of the model number and also make a visual inspection so that you are positive that the proper replacement limit switch is being ordered. There is no rule that says you have to install the part by yourself. Hire someone with experience in your town or city to do it for you.
