Goodman AMV Control Board
The HVAC system will be unable to activate without the main control board configured and seated properly. The control board is created to regulate the gas valve, the igniter, the flame sensor as well as the air circulator all at once. The board that you will choose should match both the brand and model of HVAC system. You must be careful when you choose a replacement due to differences in particular brands and their models.
Symptoms your Goodman control board should need replacing
- The system needs to be reset habitually in order to continue running
- When turned on, there is a fault code being displayed on the front of the control board
- The unit will not initialize whatsoever
