A conversion kit would allow a conversion from a single source of energy to another, maybe from heating oil to propane that needs to be delivered or any other source depending on your needs. Kits that convert your furnace from one source to another do not exist for every system made. They will only be obtainable for a limited number of them that are designed to be able to handle a switch.
