The front panel of the wall unit has been known to break for one reason or another, it contains all the controls and the directional vents which is conducive to proper air flow.
General indicators that your the front cover panel is in dire need of a replacement
- The plastic ducts in the front do not direct the air anymore
- Main cover is wobbly and is almost completely off of the main unit
