Energy conversion kits are limited and are not made for every furnace. Getting one is only possible for certain types that are designed with converting in mind. A conversion kit allows a furnace to switch energy sources from one energy source to perhaps something cheaper, such as from heating oil to propane that needs to be delivered or the other way around. If you are able to find one you will probably want to have it installed by your local HVAC guy, for the safety of everyone.
