Carrier RVR Air Filter
The main filter can filter out dust and other particles from the furnace. It is highly recommended that the filter that filters out particles from your home is changed four times a year because the filter can get clogged and may result in poor air flow inside the house. The actual dimensions of the filter is not a choice you make because of the constraint of your air handler.
Major warnings of an ineffective filter
- Many pros have recommended to swap out your air filter every 90 days in order to have clean air in the home
- If you were to lift up the filter, the light will barely shine on the opposite side of a dirty filter
- Air filter appears dirty and crammed with dust badly
