Carrier 45-4SI Limit Switch
Limit switches were created because if the air never warms up the you will lose heat in the ducts and the vents will just blow cool air. A normal limit switch has a sensor in the heat exchanger that determines when the air is actually warm enough that it can be circulated throughout the house.
Simple warnings that your limit switch is on its last leg?
- The heating and cooling system refuses to start or will not stay running even though the desired temperature has not been attained
